I am a former professional dancer turned social entrepreneur. Everything changed for me when I lost my father in 2008 and I had to take a hard look at my priorities. I redefined my life’s goals and I set out on a journey that carried me from a small town in Alabama to the big apple. It was here that I relentlessly pursued my now mentors and started my classes at “life experience university.” Having reached my 8th year into this journey, I consider it my responsibility to pass on what I’ve learned.
Thank you for investing your time and attention into visiting my page. You will get my very best in return, as it is my honor to take this journey with you.
There are not too many people that I can recommend with no reservation. Frances is one of them however. Character, integrity, humility, ability, reliability. She is a highly capable entrepreneur, speaker, organizer. Her heart is as capable also. She loves to give and serve. I could not give a higher recommendation.

So excited to read all that you have learned in your journey the past 8 years. You are such an inspiration and a woman who has been a great example for all women to follow. Thanks for being you and sharing it with us!
I have known Frances for close to 10 years, she is one of the hardest working and most dedicated people I know. Over the years I have seen her grow into a tremendous leader and mentor for many. A true Inspiration. I am thankful to have her in my life and call her a friend!!
Frances is one of the most amazing young ladies I know. Over the years, I have watched her blossom into a marvelous young woman, whose heart is always focused on helping others, advocating for the oppressed, and selflessly giving of her talents. She has always been a part of our ministry and I am so proud of all she has accomplished thus far. The beauty inside her, far out weighs the beauty you can see. I am truly thankful for her.

I’m excited to follow your blog and to continue to get to know you more and more as the days go on. You are an inspiration to me as a strong, confident, independent business woman that has a heart of a lion and the soul of an owl!
Such an inspiration, I look up to you much! I have a lot of growing to do, but as long as I follow what you do and listen to your advice and encouragement nothing can hold me back! Thank you for being you, and for taking me and everyone else on your journey with you! Love you Frances! Your beautiful!

In our opinion, the key to success is succession. Having worked ourselves out of the equation, my husband and I now have the gift of time to pursue our greatest passion: giving back. We have exclusively coached a number of individuals with the same technique and approach our mentors gave us. As this approach is very intimate, it requires us to restrict the number we take on. However, our hope is that our efforts to mentor few, will continue to compound to many over time and the legacy of our mentors will live on for generations to come.
One of the things I am most passionate about is my humanitarian work. “To whom much is given, much is expected.” I firmly believe that if we’re blessed to have economic opportunity, then we’re also blessed with the ability to give back. I believe in the blessings “passing through us as they come to us.” A few of the organizations we partner very closely with are NYC Relief, Easter Seals New York, and Heart of Christ Honduras.
